We welcome back vaccinated Yoga Friends into the SIC Community Lodge with a updated guidelines designed to keep you healthy and safe as we gather. All levels welcome to this gentle breath based yoga flow designed to calm your nervous system, mindfully move your body and make you smile! 

The first half of class is gentle dynamic yoga postures linked with the breath, options for each pose allow this practice to fit every BODY. The second half of class we ease into the mat with seated stretching, meditation and deep guided relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket, we are not lending mats or props at this time.
